Remote Work

Guidelines for working effectively from anywhere.

This page is a placeholder and will be fleshed out in the future.

Remote Work

Bscale is a remote-first company. We believe great work can happen from anywhere, and we've built our processes to support distributed teams.

Core principles

  • Async by default — prefer written communication over meetings
  • Overlap hours — be available during 10 AM - 2 PM in your time zone for synchronous collaboration
  • Document everything — if it's not written down, it doesn't exist
  • Trust and autonomy — we measure output, not hours
